24th September 1955: Princess Louise's Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders wearing the traditional Sutherland tartan during a parade in Stirling, north-central Scotland. The regiment comprises the combined forces of the 91st Argyllshires and the 93rd Sutherlands (the 'Thin Red Line' of Balaklava fame).
