I've purchased a complete coyote hide, with its face intact, for $75 with shipping. My purchase should arrive before the end of the week, and construction can begin!

For those of you who have constructed your own mask sporran...could you kindly show me pics of the back of your sporran? I think that is the part that intimidates me most at this point. I'm worried about not having enough stiffness in the back resulting in the sporran not lying flat while worn.
