I often go without sporrans and find no problem with the kilt apron and underapron falling into place or being placed with a push of the hand. When I do wear a sporran it sits atop my legs when I sit and is of no assistance in pushing down the aprons. Actually gets in the way of pushing them down if need be.
What I'm really liking is the brown battlejacket on the left. Different than the cut away military kilt jacket that What Price Glory sells. Like that brown battlejacket look with a kilt.

"I'll have a kilt please, a nice hand sewn tartan, 16 ounce Strome. Oh, and a sporran on the side, with a strap please."
