Live Thistle Blossom for Corsage in January?

I would try your local florists. I work at a hotel, and do a lot of weddings. I've seen thistle in arrangements several times.

I forgot to mention that I called a half dozen of the better florists around town and nobody had thistle in stock. I asked if they had any source on getting them, or any advice they could suggest for me to order it but no luck. The best advice I got from the florists (other than check out next to the highway and railroad tracks ) was to google it.

I tried several nurseries about town as well. Unfortunately thistle just isn't something people are buying, so the local folks have no experience with it.

If anybody has a line on anybody who has live thistle, I'd be happy to give them a shout. I don't mind spending some money to get it delivered, because it's awfully last minute.
