    How about Canuck Beaver? After all there are beavers in South Canada (otherwise known as the USA) and we would not want to confuse your students as to the beaver's nationality , would we.

    What's in a name?

    I think "Canuck" works best as it is an important part of our Country.

    The beaver is even on our nickle so you could call him "Nickle"?

    It is so cold here that I wish I had fur on! Yesterday it was -53c in Saskatoon in the morning with the wind chill.
