No butcher in your town? You can always check with any local actors to read the "Ode" since it will give them exposure. As for pipes, ask around at funeral homes. They might have someone's name and number.

We have all but the haggis. And our butcher is at the chain supermarkets. Small town unfortunately.

Check wi' Jim Walters at www.caledoniankitchen.com. He sells tinned Haggis (and our Scots expats all love it, btw) and he should be able to send you some ASAP.
A passable substitute is the Cajun Boudin Blanc sausage. Mind you it's not Haggis, but it's very similar.

Scottish Tartans Museum Gift Shop...
I ordered haggis for my wedding from the Scottish Tartans Museum gift shop in Franklin, NC. It was deeelicious and of course proceeds go to support this non-profit Museum! See Matt Newsome if you have any questions. They keep quite a variety in stock.

Cantact Jim Walters, the owner, here. Maybe it's not too late for at least a platterful for ceremonial purposes, or for a small serving for everyone. Sometimes, it's served as an appetizer, anyway:
