If your question is where to buy a PV kilt made from IOS by someone who has paid the royalties to Rosemary, then the answer is as Matt said... any comany that gets their cloth from Marton Mills. In the case of PV, the 3 companies who post on Xmarks who get their material there are Canadian Casual kilts, Freedom Kilts and USA Kilts. In the case of Wool, pretty much all of the kiltmakers who post up here can get it from either one of those mills.

Well said. In my mind, it would be like buying a knock off 'gucci handbag'. It's just a cheap look alike (sort of) of the real thing.
