I do indeed.
Great for training, cardio and strength! CelticRanger is right, one can swing a kettlebell, but still not do a kettlebell swing.
Rule Number One: Don't fight a kettlebell for space. If the KB wants to be where your head is, it will win. Get out of the way!
If you want to use a kettlebell for throwing, get a steel, loadable one. The iron ones can break at the handle (it does happen), if they fall on them. A steel one which you can load with water, sand, even pennies, will stand up to the wear you are describing.
I have one and I love it. CLICK HERE to see me with it.
They are more expensive, but worth it.
Here are the ones from Atomic Athletic.

If you order one, tell Roger Fr. John sent you.
I don't own one of these but they look good!

I haven't been on the Ironmind site for ages (well, since 2001...)
And I have all the Captains of Crushes. I got up to #3 relatively fast, but I had to put everything on hold because of work and Stuff (long story).
tried to start over again last year, Trainer ok, but #1... man we get weaker when we get older...
OK, back to topic... Sorry...
