The kilts from Scottishkilts.com are really nice kilts. My IOS came from them. Machine stitched (though the untrained, and possibly the trained, eye could not tell the difference) and well put together. Their prices have been very competitive and just now are going back up a couple of bucks. My IOS is well constructed and I would buy another kilt from them.
