On Thursday, February 12th, the Scots of the West Valley will have their monthly dinner meeting at Palmbrook Country Club, Sun City, AZ

5-6 Social Hour- No host bar.
6-7pm- dinner- Oven roasted turkey, baked tilapia, garden salad, red bliss potatoes, vegetable melody (?- maybe medly, but has a nice sound to it, lol) and cherry pie.

Cost: $21.50 Reservation deadline Feb 5th.

After dinner entertainment will be offered by Les and Locke Hamilton and is all about the connections between Scottish folk music and American folk music.

Please pm me if interested. I plan to go for the cherry pie and the show.

Dress may be kilt or cowboy.

Thanks for the heads up- met Ayin in Tucson, I have no doubt he'll see this thread. A planned get-to-gether would be nice- perhaps something more central like Tempe's Bora Bora. I think you are at the Peoria Tilted Kilt- if I remember right. We Northwest Valley kilties have been hanging out from time to time at Lis Doon Varna.
