Reason #748 why SWK customer service is legendary
Not only has Jerry perfected transporter delivery technology without the help of Chief Engineer Montgomery Scott. He also does a great job after a sale.
I ordered an XL Buchanan thrifty the other night. When it arrived, I tried it on to find it was too big. Turns out he'd sent a XXL. I e-mailed Jerry and told him I'd be willing to return the XXL on my own dime if he'd send me the XL with no shipping charges.
I got an e-mail this morning, and he's doing me one better. He's sending out the XL right away with a prepaid mailer for me to return the XXL.
Maybe one day, all vendors will operate this way. Thank you, Jerry!!!

Jerry has it figured out.
Great customer service = return business + Advertising that you can't buy at any price!= more $ to the bottom line. Amazing how it works, if you just do the right thing.
