    I've seen quite a few kilts in the great Texas Bluebonnet tartan, almost always pleated to the sett. A notable exeption would be the Houston Fire Dept. Pipes and Drums, who pleat theirs to the red line. When I ever get around to getting mine, it will be done to the sett.

    Sett! It's a lovely tartan and you want to be sure people who pass you get a good view of it from all angles.

    I think box-pleated to the dark blue stripes, with the light blue turned under, would look nice. That way, when you walk, the lighter color will "flash" between the pleats.
