    Boy, one more sad example of why it is best to deal direct with the kiltmaker - even if on line - rather than with a middle man. No clue where they're having your kilt made...with service like that its even more likely there'll be problems when the kilt is delivered. I'd go for a refund and reinvest it in a kiltmaker you trust and can deal directly with.
