I live in my USA kilts around the house. The are comfortable and don't wrinkle. You can't go wrong with a product from Rocky, but they are addicting. I have 4 casuals,4 semi-trad, and a premier from USAK. I used to have a 5 yd. wool as well, but recently sold it due to weight loss.

The question is, what is the material in the eBay kilt? Is it anything other than PV or wool- like acrylic? If so, don't waste your money. Acrylic sucks! PV is excellent. USA Kilts are beyond excellent. Go for the USAK.

I believe the stuff on eBay is PV. But although I am not sure, but it seems to me (and others posting here) that a custom made kilt is far superior than any factory made one.

Would you pay an extra 40 dollars and get the custom casual kilt from Rocky or go the ebay route? I have a kilt from eBay, and it works pretty well. But I have never had a custom made kilt. So I don’t know if there is a huge difference. Any of you that have both, please let me know what you think. I am pretty much convinced in getting the USAK casual to wear during the hot summers here in Utah. I just wanted to get everyone’s opinion on this as well.
Just blow off ebay and get the USA Kilt. $40.00 difference? It's a WORLD of difference. Don't waste your time on the ebay stuff.
