Argyll Buttons

Now I don't own an argyll yet but do the diamond buttons tend to catch on anything? Or do they have such a finish that they slip past most things?

That's the only thing that made me think I might want to change out the buttons. Other than that I really do like the look of them.

My argyll (black) has the diamond buttons, no problem with them catching on things any more than the round ones on my Crail. I have seen round, pewter buttons on some of the ready-made jackets for sale by vendors at some of the games.
