I've worn my kilt to parent teacher conferences for my children. Had a few teachers over the years admit they would like to wear theirs. It is good to see teachers wearing them more and more.
Wish I could get the ones at my school to wear them. Out of the 900 or so people in my school, I am the only one to wear it.
