I know I've got myself Kilted on Tiger Woods.
And I know that there is a tailoring pattern in WoW for a kilt, however the graphics artist made it more of a floor length plaid skirt than a proper kilt. I was a little disappointed when I found that out.

I recall that the barbarian class in Everquest 1 was, by default, equipped with a kilt. If I remember correctly, they didn't start out with much else, and they lived in the frozen north, but I digress.
There were a few kilt upgrades as well, to ones made of materials that served better as armor. The 3d artwork might've had the kilt included on all barbarians regardless of what they wore, although I never did get very far at all in the game. I think I stopped around level 10 or so.

It's also rather short. will try to get a pic of it, but here is the description

the clan Kiltington forefathers did during
