    I am excited that Penny is on board with Festivals and Kilt wearing. In fact, the day I met her almost two years ago, I was wearing my Shaw tartan.
    Recently, Penny has been finding out that her heritage is also Scots and Irish. 'Henderson' on her Dad's side and 'Shanohan' on her mothers.
