    Ladies 40 have gotten over the "oh, I shouldn't do that" stage. Younger women, until they've been drinking a wee bit, have a more reserved "save face" reaction, making them more reserved.

    I dreaded the question until an all-too-enthusiastic lady proposed the question and almost went in to find out for herself in a pub! Now I think it's hilarious!

    You're right about the younger lasses needing to be a bit tipsy. On one of our Chicago kilt nights, as we were taking a group photo, a slightly inebriated lass sidled up to one of our number and asked him The Question. He said, "I guess you'll just have to find out for yourself." And she did - to the surprise of all and the red faces of her companions.

    heh

    I had an old lady stop me today..."I saw you earlier and wanted to ask you..." I thought here it comes, so I prepared my response in her head.... and she asked"Do you have anything in your flask?" hah guess the old lady wanted a bite of some Jameson..
