Unless you are looking for something more flashy, I'd order the sporran from Stillwater. Any one you like.
Get the Gaelic Themes piper hose or the Lewis Hose from the Scottish Tartans Museum. The hose are a good place to invest a little more for a good looking pair.
Glengarry Hats has a huge selection of balmorals and glenns but most vendors can provide you a cover at about the same price.
I'd just pick up a plain white shirt to wear with a tie and waist coat. (or another color that works with your kilt.
