I agree Ron. There is nothing like the feel of the wind moving in the pleats. The feeling of the kilt as it moves in harmony with the gusts and stillness of the airflow can at times (and depending on the location one is in) be almost zen like.
And now Weedhopper, I must go and reflect on the meaning of tartan.
