Another weekend gone, but at least there is always Willies, AKA “The Pub” for all you can eat fish and chips. I have not tasted better chips anywhere in town and the only thing that can be improved upon the meal would be to substitute the small fries for the potato wedges.



Even though I have a good looking NCO (Non-Commissioned Officers) scowl on my face I think that this is a great picture. The brass kilt pin matches the brass parts of the regimental belt; the silver cantle matches the buckle and the sgian dubh top and the XmarkstheScot.com Glengarry cap badge.



I think had I brought along my swagger stick the picture would have been complete.

They are so lucky it is so far away, it can be embarassing when it comes to

Thanks for the complement; I guess that's the Staff Sergeant in me and twenty plus in the Army. I find myself occasionally comparing my kilted attire to military uniforms.
