Give us a holler next time you're in town. I'm sure we can round up a few of the local rabble for a pint.

Celtic themed concerts can bring out the kilts. I attended a DKM concert in March, and encountered a dozen or so kilted men. Only two UKs. Everyone else was in tartan. No others were X-marksthescot people. I gave out a lot of calling cards for our home on the internet. They are probably lurking....

    Glad you enjoyed the concert.

Did you send this to the right person? I like SC but I live in Arizona, just a bit of a drive for a brew. Of course if it was on the Outer Banks, then maybe we can work something out.

You're more than welcome to show up as well, but the response was actually for fluter. My response looks kinda funny because he bolded your name in his post. Sorry for the confusion there. I'll go fix that now.

I turned 50+ last year and just started wearing the kilt last Sept. I now own seven, four from Wolfstone Kilt Co. and three from SWK and plan on getting more from Jerry. I love it, the wife just looks and shakes her head, but, I enjoy the smiles and compliments from the fair young ladies. Makes me feel good about myself, and puts a bit of a spring in my step, and gets the pleats swinging.

    Cheers,

My wife complained for some time, but I mentioned the idea of getting rid of my Royal Stewart that I don't really like to wear, and she told me I wasn't allowed, but she has said I can order my next one when I have money. When I get my check Friday, I think Rocky is going to be getting it. And the next check as well.
