    I don't have any trouble with wearing the kilt that high; it's the number...the ghastly number... the inordinately large number which I must now say is my 'waist'.

    Yeah my dad wears his pants and such that way. I just could never get it.

    I wear at my true waist, always have with whatever clothing that might be affected.

    much more comfortable to me.
