I did like the suggestion of Pleat, but Sett has a nice ring to it, and definately is descriptive of something that is associated almost entirely with the kilt.

If I must be serious, I like the "Rabble" and the "Sett" idea. It sort of gives a whole new meaning to being Sett upon.
