hats off to the barry for suggesting red feet and legs. to forrestermodern, sorry pal, but mom says those hose were rather time consuming- she's not ready to adopt any more kilt-needy sons...

I would suggest a blue or green that accents the kilt's colors (or possibly black.) Matt Newsome has some nice traditional garters in his shop.
