Well, so far we've done some suburban camping (spent last night in a tent in the yard) with my little boy and wife. Made homemade waffles this morning for breakfast, and planning on making Scotch Pies this afternoon. Worked on a DIY sporran yesterday which I plan on finishing up today.
Constantly thinking about those who have died and served (My great-grandfather in WW1 and my grandfather in Korea both served and thankfully came home, my father drafted for Vietnam but thankfully never left due to it's end, and my friends in the Middle East.)
Take care all.

Reason: clarification
It was a rainy Memorial Day in SW Missouri, yet a number of folks braved the weather to attend the annual service at the National Cemetery. I was part of a colour guard from our local Sons of Union Veterans Camp:
The picture doesn't show how wet it was, but if my great-great grandfathers could stand four years of rain, mud and snow to save the Union, then I could stand it for an hour.
