    I suppose there's nothing wrong with wearing a kilt over your Albert, and a Charlie over your kilt. I'd only start to worry if the kilt were out of the equation...

    I once saw an article that had several paragraphs dedicated to telling the reader what was REALLY under a kilt. Unfortunately, it was very VERY wrong.

    In a nutshell it explained that there's a petticoat under there to make the pleats hang nicely and stay in place.

    Ahh - such is the beast that is Wikipedia. Anyone with a keyboard can say just about anything they want to and try to pass it off as a fact. They are trying to make it better but......................
