That kilt looks a tad short to be conceiling anything.
I still remember my disappointment at finding that most of the science fiction writers had surnames close to the beginning of the alphabet.
Yes, I did start at the beginning of the racks and work my way through them: Anderson, Azimov, Clarke, Heinlein, basically anything in a yellow cover.
What joy it was to finish off my homework and dive into a good story.
I went through all the science fiction in the adult library straight after getting a ticket for it - having outgrown the children's section some years earlier.
Once upon a time, when computers were programmed using switches....

Does having all his works in first edition hardcover with a set of "readers' so the hardcovers don't get messed up make one a fan? If so, guilty as charged.

I too, am guilty as charged. Also a fan of Clarke, Hubbard, Asimov, and more....
