Yes I have, at Dragoncon. She is... how do you say this... quite "popular" there. 
And for the record, the leafblower thing works on most MUGs, but is not that effective with traditonal kilts. And it gets annoying fast.

Can't take credit for that one, Haven't done that at Atlanta. (and honestly, if my pic was on Miss Breeden's site, I'd demand she remove it)
The girls from 'Make It Sew' costumers started their MIB thing at AllCon last year. They just told me to "show up in a MIB suit with a raygun" , I said OK, but surprised them with the kilt! I think a crew from Dallas has been doing a simular "Men in Black Watch" deal for a few years though.
