Tag: Oval silver tinsel.
Tip: Yellow floss.

front half: Black floss.
Hackle: Palmer front half of body with soft black hackle.
Throat: Guinea hen hackle.
Under wing: White tip turkey tail with black base.
Over wing,bottom to top: yellow swan or turkey, peacock, red macaw, blue swan or turkey, dark mottled turkey, blue macaw, bustard (we now use brown peacock wing feather), golden pheasant tail, peacock herl, grey and bronze mallard.
Topping: Golden pheasant.
Shoulder: Jungle cock.
Cheek: Blue king fisher(we use jay wing)
Horns: Blue and yellow macaw.
Head: Black silk'

Thank you for the pattern of dressing the "Jock Scot" my sister keeps both a scarlet and blue and gold macaw so I have already asked her to save me feathers from thier next molt.
