We went out last night, too. A local bar was having a "Beers of Summer" tasting, so it seemed like a good excuse to put on the kilt and celebrate the Repeal.



While there we ran into an acquaintance of my wife's who, it turns out, owns a favorite bar of ours - one which happens to have an extensive whiskey selection. She and her husband liked the kilt, and said they would be sure to let me know when their next whiskey tasting would be. Sounds like a good excuse for a Chicago Kilt Night, no?
