WATCH THAT BLOOD PRESSURE!!!!!! They don't call it the silent killer for noting. Heart attack is only one concern. You could have a brain attack (Stroke). So please be attentive. I would like all of you to be around awhile longer.

Glad to hear that you're okay... I'm hoping you'll find something other than Mexican food to give up, as I'm a firm believer that there's no such thing as too much Mexican food. HA!

I agree with MeinFS's post a few pages ago. My wife and I went vegan almost 3 years ago and The major health problems are gone. I'd advise you to buy a juicer and start drinking carrot juice. It's been shown to remove cholesterol from the body, but it works best when no more cholesterol comes into the body.
Hamburgers, pizza, fried chicken... It's a sacrifice I'm willing to make to achieve my goal of living to be 112.
I hope your numbers keep coming down.
