All models. Not isolated. If you'll be throwing in it, alterations may not be worth it. Nobody will be examining the left hand side side of your apron. They'll be more concerned about your form, stance and whether you turn the caber. If you can get over 40 ft on the stone throw, turn the caber at 12:00, and get the weight over the bar at 18 feet, they won't CARE what you're wearing. It could be a tablecloth wrapped around your waist. Most are wearing SportKilts anyway.

So good to hear from you guys again. I had a question though about this thread. I was a little confused as to whether Jaime's kilt was the heavyweight wool or the standard acrylic from SWK?
I have my suspicions, knowing how dedicated you both are, but just wanted to confirm as I am about to order my second kilt from SWK. Probably the Standard in Black Stewart. Can or should the process that you have described above also be done on the Acrylic kilts?
Thank you and I hope to see you both again real soon.
It was wool (and it smelled odd when we washed it, not sure what treatment was done on it). But acrylic can be altered in exactly the same way (but go ahead and machine wash it).
We look forward to seeing you again too! When are you coming up?
Be well,
Star
