If I'm right, and you've overlapped the overapron and the first pleat, then your kilt is 3 inches too small and will not hang right at all.
It is butted against the first box pleat. The reason why it looks like that is because it is butted against the box pleat at the top. The bottom is wider than the top so it will overlap. Or should I have butted it up against the box pleat at the bottom and let the top of the apron be 1" from the pleat?
