Sorry I couldn't make it. I didn't realize till a couple of days ago, but the New World Celts : Orlando chapter had a major event in Orlando the same night of your event. I couldn't make either, but I will say the NWC event was open to all. Their event was "Bagpipes, BBQ & Braveheart."

Basically they get kilted up for some BBQ downtown, and then form a mass of kilted folk march to the local theater (where they've rented the space) and watch Braveheart.

No, not going for a record. We met a little early so George7 could join us. He is only in the Orlando area for the weekend.

We will do the same for you the next time you are in the area. I suggest you come down during the winter. Our current very hot and humid weather would probably kill someone from the great white north.

Oh I think I'd be OK. I've been down there in the summer before, but you know coming down in the winter is preferable just to get away from the snow.

I'm glad to see everyone had a good time. Sorry I couldn't be there, still under the weather, Linda and I both miss seeing everyone again. Great pictures GhostLight. We will start making plans for the Aug. meet up later next month
and see who all we can get to attend.
