Best wishes to you and Ann. She is clearly well loved. You need to allow yourself the respite, and will be better able to deal with the situation having had it. Respite is not a sidetrip, it is part of the main journey, and a necessary one. Divert yourself, and find a way to get a lot of sleep. You will be able to serve yourself and Ann better if you take such respite from time to time. It's been a hard lesson, but one I have had to learn over several years...Cheers!
