Today I visited our city's pioneer museum, and I unexpectedly saw a kilt and tam in one of the display cases. The tag said it was worn by a somebody Nielson (I could be spelling that wrongly) in 1865
It was deep green with yellow and black, but that's all I know about the tartan.
Anyway, I immediately thought of all of my dear friends at XTMS and I thought I'd share. Just more proof I guess of our deeply rooted Scottish Heritage here in Utah!
