Okay, here’s the arty farty pix. I had attempted to frame the castle among some thistle but there was a water spot on the lens. These two are the best.







The castle is on a very narrow peninsula in the middle of Loch Awe. You can read about the castle, here.

While we were in the castle, this little fellow came into the world.









On next stop would be on the other side of the loch at one of the most intriguing churches, I’ve ever visited.
