    Yuk Irn Bru. Now that has got to be the strangest obsession in all Scotland. Apparently that vile muck sells more than Coke and Pepsi together here.

    I always feel it a mixture of rusty water and sherbet. Guaranteed to make me wince. It does not even mix with a decent whiskey. At least you can use coke to mix with rum or clean your chrome.

    Actually saw some in the supermarket down here Texas a few weeks ago. Thought about trying some, but didn't want to pay the outrageous price they were asking.

    Just leave some rusty iron in water and fill it with sugar to saturation point then drain into a can and you have made your own Irn Bru substitute. Yum .

    Save the money for something useful and kilt related
