I don't recall seeing this posted yet:

From the BBC.
More from the designer herself here: http://www.sandramurray.co.uk/

I am now the proud (somewhat) owner of this dress. It's a fully lined silk taffeta. It was a sample we had around the office. It kinda fits, but the model had lower hips than I do. I'm going to tweak the style so that it fits the way it should on me and post a pic when I'm done.

Wonderful! Can't wait to see it!
Well, I must be nuts to even try to alter it. After all, once that's done I'll have to go shoe shopping just to wear it! And where the heck will I find raspberry or fuchsia coloured shoes?!

I know where - go shopping where the ladies who wear hats to church do their shopping. But anyway, I don't think you're thinking broadly enough about the accessories. You could go for contrast - I bet you would have no trouble finding something in lime or kiwi or a more basic green. Or what about an analogous color like orange? Go dark - maybe a burgundy spectator shoe. I also like Ali's suggestion of a nude shoe - but only if you raise the hemline a foot or so.
Have fun,
Rex.
At any moment you must be prepared to give up who you are today for who you could become tomorrow.
