As previously posted... my calves are 21 inches, even. My neck is 19.5. My calves literally are bigger around than my neck...

Strings Outrageous Kilt Hose are things of beauty. I honestly can say that of all my "kilt stuff", her hose are the standout items. I love them, and I save them for the best of the best, when I want to dress it up to the nines.

This is totally aside from the fact that the lady behind the needles is a complete sweetheart..

... and besides, she's a starving college student whose father is forced to send her...not boxes of cookies and stuff, but cases of home-brewed beer. Why, the poor girl is stuck going to class in wellies, as she can't afford open-toe glitter stilettos.
Support a starving student. Buy a pair of Strings Outrageous Kilt Hose.

Actually we found out I can't eat normal cookies or BEER. I'm on a beer free diet. As well as anything else containing wheat, barley or Rye.

    However I am blushing.

I've seen gluten-free beer. Haven't the need for it myself, so can't talk to the taste -- but it's out there!

I've not yet found it in a store, but honestly I prefer ciders anyway so that's not as much of a sacrifice. The biggest thing I've been craving is pizza and I have the ingredients to attempt a gluten free crust hopefully tonight

There are actually several on the market now that aren't too bad. My wife was diagnosed with Celiac Disease 4 years ago so I have become quite the expert. Feel free to PM or email me if you have any questions...it does get easier.
As for the Beer, Anheiser Busch makes a sorgum beer called Red Bridge which is fairly similar to a Tecate. Being an A-B product just about any distributer should be able to get it for you. Bard's is another that I know of, but have not tried. They have a "locater" on their website that shows it is availbale in KY as well. Our current favorite is Lake Front Brewery's New Grist which is a very light and crisp beer made from sorgum and rice flour.

Good luck with the new diet, I promise it gets easier!

The New grist sounds like it might taste good. I'm not a big fan of strong hoppy beers which is why I tended to order a Woodchuck Cider even before my diagnosis
