Great pics, Glen. Especially the shots of the Blue Angels and "Fat Albert".
In case you didn't know, "Fat Albert" is the C-130 cargo plane that carries all the equipment for the Blue Angels where ever they're performing. Just curious though, were the Snow Birds part of the air show? I saw them perform here in California a few years ago in a joint air show with the Blue Angels. VERY impressive.

The Snowbirds were there though I did not see them, perhaps they were there today. Here is the list of performers for the show

Boat Cruise
Sorry to miss this years event as was busy painting a wrought iron railing. Looks like it was well attended as the day was perfect. The younger and taller of the pipers is the owner of Cairngorm Scottish fashions on Avenue Rd.
Nice chap and I have bought a number of items there.

Peter is not the owner of Cairngorm, though he does work there and yes he is a very nice chap. I'm a familiar face up there as well. Darren is the owner.

Great photos Glen!
It looks like it was a wonderful day.
The Blue Angels must have been flying right over your heads to get those shots.
Cheers

Pretty close to it Jamie, but like I said before, I love my zoom lens.

Great set of photographs Glen, as usual. Thanks for posting. I am feeling kind of stupid today; can you explain, just what is the Scottish Studies Foundation? and why do they have a Boat Cruise? I feel I am missing something really obvious - but I just can't see it.

Thanks for the great pictures and for sharing them with us. Is this an annual event? Toronto is not that far (5 - 6 hours) away. What is the general cost of the cruise? Maybe next year we'll come up and invite the Kincardine ON family with us.
