As for the Beer, Anheiser Busch makes a sorgum beer called Red Bridge which is fairly similar to a Tecate. Being an A-B product just about any distributer should be able to get it for you. Bard's is another that I know of, but have not tried. They have a "locater" on their website that shows it is availbale in KY as well. Our current favorite is Lake Front Brewery's New Grist which is a very light and crisp beer made from sorgum and rice flour.

The New grist sounds like it might taste good. I'm not a big fan of strong hoppy beers which is why I tended to order a Woodchuck Cider even before my diagnosis
