As others have said, very smart-looking. To REALLY nit-pick, I'd adjust the laces to be lined up, at an equal height. Yours are fine, though.
I tie mine with a half-hitch (one lace around the other, just like starting a standard bow knot), three twists in front, bring the laces around the back at no more than a 45 deg. angle, a half-hitch, three twists, then bring the laces around the front level (parallel to the ground), then finish with a regular bow knot at the 10 o'clock & 2 o'clock positions. I usually double-knot the bow just to make sure the laces don't come undone.
This should put the laces about 3 inches above the ankle bone.
