Do a search on ebay for belt bag and it should bring up a number of options, many very attractive and well done, or you can make them youself with a little materials from your local hobby store. I often wear both, a small belt bag for the frequently used essentials---cash, credit card, car keys, loose change or a small change purse---leaving my sporran available for stuff like cell phone, wallet, eyedrops, chapstick---stuff I need less frequently but still need to carry. On days or in situations where the sporran is a nuisance (golfing for example) a belt bag tucked over the appropriate hip is out of the way yet still accessible without being a bulky dangling object in front of me.
One thing to consider before delving into belt bags is what your belt widths are, and what widths will be accepted by your belt bag loop. Kilt belts tend to be 2-2.5 inches width while many belt bags only accommodate 1.75 inch or smaller belts, so be ware.
