The flag lines aren't accurate. This just isn't the Union Jack !

I think that they have turned the flag through 90 degrees so that it hangs vertically rather than horizontally. But even so it is not depicted correctly.



It is often drawn incorrectly like this:



All that being said it is still an impressive waistcoat.
