    They are 'Autumn Orange' shooting socks made by Musto. I bought them through Scotts of Langholm (view the colours by selecting from the drop down menu in the link below)

    They are a really top notch pair of socks and they (almost) match the lighter brick red/brown stripe in the Brittany Walking Tartan though not so's you'd notice they don't quite... I absolutely love 'em!

    Thanks for the link. Those colors are really different.

    I assume that they're designed for hunting, so they must be sturdy. Do you notice if they have the give for larger calfs?
