The idea of camouflage makes sense to me, at least when compared to a tartan kilt... Same idea as a leopards spots; to break things up... Good comparison!

That's true... It can also be a symptom of spinal injury; so, don't be intrigued or alarmed when the paramedic responding to the scene of an accident "checks for wood" before moving a victim, especially if he's still wearing a motorcycle helmet.

This is true. Things that go thump in the night are way more visible under a solid colored kilt. Ah...now I know why so many prefer the traditional tartans over the casual kilts!

When it happens, my wife is the only one who's noticed, or at least she is the only one to have made comments about it. I just walk proud and act like it's supposed to look like that!
