Probably not because it would take quite a bit of work.
Note: I'm not saying it can not be done., but that it would take a good bit of work on the kilt that probably goes beyond moving the straps and buckles.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
